Panama City, FL and the Sea Shell Gold Mine

After our stay in Lillian, AL we headed to Florida and found a place for two nights across the street from the beach, in Panama City, FL. The RV park was real nice, and our spot was right across from a place called Patches Pub. They had live music till 10pm. We walked on the beach all the way to the pier and back, till a bit after dark, and Sarah made delicious burgers, while we sat outside and listened to the music. It was like our own concert with no crowd. The live music that night was Chuck Foster, and he was real entertaining.

The next day was beach day. We loaded up the wagon, brought chairs, towels, masks, boogie boards and the beach umbrella. The kids had a blast, found tons of seashells, and we all had a great day relaxing and enjoying the beach. That night, we got some wings to go from the Pub, and they were probably the best I've ever had. The dry rub ones were my favorite, and we enjoyed them with a couple Angry Orchard Apple Ciders to boot!

The next morning, Destiny and I walked to the pier again and took some senior photos for her. We will do it again in Key West soon, but we thought the pier was a cool place. We found a ton more shells and walked back. Sarah had buttoned up the RV, and we took off toward Orlando.
